Product Traceability and Testing

As an organization adhering to all the international standards and procedures DV Polymers follows strong record of all the products in the system, maintains a strong trace of all the materials right from incoming goods to the finished goods and also maintains a separate log of the drawings of the materials and each drawing will pass through strict checks.

We procure the raw products in the form of Teflon (PTFE, FEP, PFA and ETFE) from DuPont. After procuring the product the respective raw material will be sent to the respective departments after entering into the log.

DV Polymers maintains a log of all the inventory by punching all the materials serial number, batch number etc. which will be helpful in tracking finished process and delivery.

Testing

DV Polymers follows a stringent set of tests for its finished products. The tests followed by DV Polymers are Visual, Dimensional, Tensile and Specific Gravity Test.
